This presentation will review some of the possible benefits that a company could use to their advantage to improve their processes and safety along with their energy efficiency.

Glenn Frazier
Dialight Business Development Manager – Controls and Key Accounts
Glenn joined Dialight in 2016 to develop its new controls capabilities as Dialight began moving to provide more value to its customers using the ‘internet of things’ technologies. This includes building new market channels like systems integrators and educating existing channels including distributors and Dialight’s sales team. Glenn is also tasked with growing the business relationship with Rockwell Automation and new partners like Honeywell, Siemens and other controls or building management companies.
Prior to Dialight, Glenn was Vice President for several businesses of Power-Packer (Actuant) as well as leading mergers & acquisitions to add newer technologies to each of the businesses. Prior to Power-Packer, Glenn spent 18 years at Rockwell Automation in several roles including engineering, marketing management and sales management. He originally started in the aerospace industry at Barber-Colman (Invensys) where he was a project engineer developing new controls for commercial and military aircraft.
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University as well as an MBA from Marquette University.
